Temporary Change to Security Plan This letter is to advise you that August 1988 through December 1988 the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Security program is to be modified and upgraded.
Conditions of the temporary plan change entitled, "Security Upgrade Transition Plan" are attached for your review.
Upon completion of the security upgrade the requirements of the NRC approved Physical Security Plan will be adhered to.
Based on the results of an on-site in depth review and walk-through of the security Upgrade Transition Plan and subsequent telephone calls with Mr. William L. Kushner it is our intention to proceed with this program.
