MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 2 UNDER CONTRACT NO.
NRC-26-91-292 - UNILATERAL DEOBLIGATION
Dear Gentlemen:
l As you are aware, the subject task order expired on December 23,1992. Based on our records there are excess funds remaining under the task order. Pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate the excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements.
j Our records indicate that excess funds in the amount of $397.81 exist under this task order.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of $397.81 thereby decreasing the amount obligated from $41,227.32 to $40,829.51. We are retaining $349.12 which is 15% of the fixed fee pending Enal closeout.
