Dear Gentlemen:
The subject task order expired on April 9,1993. Based on our records, there are excess funds 1
remaining under the task order. Pending completion of all require:
.sut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate the excess funds remaining under the task e er for otherimmediate agency requirements.
Our records indicate that excess funds in the amount of $847.44 exist under this task order.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of $847.44 thereby 4
decreasing the amount obligated from $32,808.07 to $31,960.63. We are retaining $404.10 i
' which is 15% of the fixed fee pending final closeout.
