VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT NO. 1 PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGES REACTOR TRIP SYSTEM INSTRUMENTATION Pursuant to 10CFR50.90, the Virginia Electric and Power Company requests an amendment in the form of a change to Table 3.3-1 of the Technical Specifications to Operating License No. NPF-4 for North Anna Power Station Unit No.
1.
Table 3.3-1 identifies instrument operability requirements and associated action statements for Reactor Trip System Instrumentation.
The. proposed changes are purely administrative in nature, correcting typographical errors in the table.
This request has been reviewed by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff.
It has been determined that. this request does not. involve an unreviewed safety question as defined by 10 CFR 50.59 nor a significant hazard consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92.
We have reviewed this request 'in accordance with the criteria in 10CFR173.12.
A voucher check in the amount of $150 is enclosed as an application fee.
