No. A radiation survey is not required to terminate SNM 1102, since TVA plans to continue utilizing the facility under the provisions of material license 01-00113-04. Routine radiation surveys will l continue to be conducted as required under material l
! license 01-00113-04. The leak test that was performed on the sealed source prior to shipment confirmed that there was no smearable contamination j present. !
