SPECIAL REPORT #34: 1985 INSERVICE INSPECTION REPORT The report of Inservice Inspection No. 2-3 for Big Rock Point Plant is enclosed.- This report addresses the 1985 Inservice Inspection and is submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.3(a). This report is due 90 days from the completion of the test and therefore would have been due January 28, 1986. Since the NIS-1 form signed by the inspector was not available by that date a delay was requested and received per telecon from Mr D C Boyd of the NRC Region III staff on January 28, 1986.
