Dear Dr. Paperiello:
Revision 21 to USEC-02, Application for United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Certification, Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant, was transmitted to the NRC by USEC letter GDP 98-0143 dated July 20,1998. Revision 21 incorporated changes to the title and content of Section 2.8 of the Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs). Enclosed are new divider tabs for TSR Section 2.8 that reflect the revised section title.
