Dear Mr. Hind:
Notwithstanding our opinion that CE - Hematite was in full compliance on item 4, a procedure for redetermining Random Sampling Errors for all types of materials was implemented during the material balance period that ended January 13, 1986.
Sampling errors were determined from replicate data or special studies data generated during the material balance period. The sampling errors were calculated using the statistical methods discussed in TID-26298 and these errors will be included in the limit of error calculations for the plant material balance.
Pleased advise if additional information is required.
