DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 INSTRUMENT TUBING CLAMPS SDAR: CP-88-21 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 29, 1988, TV Electric letter logged TXX-88140 notified the NRC staff of a deficiency involving J. C. White tube clamps determined to be reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
The purpose of this letter is to revise the corrective action implementation schedule for this issue.
The Unit 1 scheduled corrective action completion da'.e stated in TXX-88140 (August 11, 1988) has been revised.
The estimated completion date for implementation of the Unit I corrective actions (stated in TXX-88140) has been s
rescheduled to November 30, 1988. Unit 2 corrective actions will be completed prior to Unit 2 fuel load.
