Enclosed is the latest issue of one recently revised Waterford 3 Emergency Plan implementing Procedure. This submittalis being made in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50 and 10CFR50.4(b)(5). This revision was reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) requirements and was determined not to decrease the effectiveness l

of the emergency plan.

Included in this submittal is the following procedure:

EP-002-071 (Revision 15), Site Protective Measures. This revision added the EOF Director as responsible for implementing this procedure, removed note to have HP technician accompany the Assembly Area Supervisor, removed step to evacuate Waterford 1 and 2 if a General Emergency was dec'ared, corrected typographical error on page 1, and designated this procedure as

" Safety Related".
