By letter dated February 4, 1986, the Applicants advised that they would file their updated affidavit on Contention 4, and their testimony
-regarding Issue C, on February 17, 1986. As approved in a telephone conference call on January.28,1986 (see Memorandum dated January 29, 1986), the Staff is to respond within 2 weeks and CCANP is to respond within another two weeks. Taking into account that February 17, 1986 is a Federal holiday, the response dates'are as follows:
