Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched uranium for use as reload fuel for Nuclear Power Reactors in South Korea.
A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
Please note that the uranium contains Australian and Canadian-origin material.
