Dear Mr. Arthur:
We are returning several boxes of UMTRA Project documents. The NRC has partially consolidated several office in our new location in Rockville, Maryland.
Due to space limitation and closer proximity of staff in our division and other offices, we no longer can keep multiple copies of UMTRA documents reviewed by us in the past.
In speaking with Milt Scoutaris, of your staff, he mentioned that these documents could be of use to you. Our only other viable alternative is to dispose of them. We still need to receive the 9 copies (8 to NRC/HQ and 1 to NRC/URFO) for reviews handled by the NMSS staff at NRC/HQ. However, in the future, after we complete a review, we shall be returning to jou all but a few copies of the documents.
