This will memorialize a telephone conversation that I had earlier this afternoon with Mr. William L. Clements of your office concerning a petition by R. L. Anthony / FOE for Commission review of ALAB-828.

not served by Mr. Anthony / FOE with a copy of the petition.
The Staff i
received a copy today from another source.
As the petition bears a date of January 26, 1986, the Staff's response would be due February 10, 1986, if the Staff had been served.
As it was not served, Mr. Clements granted the Staff's request for additional time to respond, extending the due date until February 18, 1986.
