Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 BVPS-2 Startup Report, Supplement 2 Gentlemen:

In accordance with Regulatory Guide 1.16, "Reporting of Operating Information - Appendix A, Technical Specifications", the attached Summary Report of plant startup testing is being submitted. This report is due 90 days following submittal of the BVPS-2 Startup Report, Supplement 1, for Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2.

This report addresses the results of all startup testing identified in the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. 2 Final Safety Analysis Report during the period from February 15, 1988 to May 15, 1988.

Completion of the startup test program has not been fully accomplished due to some deferred testing. A supplemental report will be issued within 90 days to update the progress of the startup test program.
