under JCN No. 5185. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

._Section B.3, Consideration and Obligation - Cost Plus Fixed Fee (Jun 1988), paragraph c. is replaced with the following:

"(c):

The amount obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is $114,243.99."

This modification obligates $10,520.00.
