l Contract No. NRC-02-85-007 Modification No.15 Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to (1) provide incremental funding in the amount of $2.729.85 which increases the obligated amount from $1.278.529.20 to

$1.281.259.05, and (2) incorporate final indirect rates under the contract.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

(a)

Urider Section G.I. CONSIDERATION, subparagraphs 1 and 3 are revised to reaC as follows:

"1.

It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for the period of performance of this contract will be $1.281.259.05, of which the sum of $1.175.300.05 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $105.959 represents the fixed j

fee."

The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1.281.259.05."

(b)

Incorporate the Contractor's revised final indirect rates for the period of performance of the contract in accordance with DCAA's Audit Report No. 4171-95S15400122 dated 5/8/95. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Section G.2 - INDIRECT RATES subparagraphs a. b and c are revised as follows to incorporate the final indirect rates for the contract:

Overhead rates FY 86 @ 86.93%

FY 87 @ 84.93%

FY 88 @ 85.34%

FY 89 0 80.88% and FY 90 0 82.20%

b.

Frinae benefit rates FY 86 @ 39.52%

FY 87 @ 39.77%

FY 88 @ 40.09%

FY 89 0 41.28% and FY 90 @ 39.92%
