. l The purpose of this modification is to increase the amount obligated in the contract by $4,000.00 l from $1,103,000.00 to $1,107,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified: _
l Section B,- Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS (JUN 1988),' paragraph b., first sentence is deleted it its entirety and substituted witn the following in
~ lieu thereof:
"b. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $1,107,000.00."
A summary of obligations for this contract from date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
TOTAL FY 96 OBLIGATIONS: $275,000.00 TOTAL FY 97 OBLIGATIONS: $363,000.00 TOTAL FY 98 OBLIGATIONS: $469,000.00 I
- CUMULATIVE TOTAL NRC OBLIGATIONS: $1,107,000.00 This modification obligates funds in the amount of $4,000.00 All other terms and condition of the said contract remain unchanged.
