NLCLE AR REGL L ATOR) 00 %I\t15510N EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number _XUOR660 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, c,f the Shipper's Export Decloration covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regv-lotory Commission, Woshington, D.C. 20555. The following dectorotion should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declarations for such exports:

"This sh;pment is being mode pursuont to specific license number (specific ,

license number) fibd at (location of Customs office where license is filed),

on (date license was filed). Th s license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped belonce remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declaration.

Condition 2 - Exports authorized in any country or destinction, except Country Groups C S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehens ve Export Scr edule of the U.S. Deportment of Commerce.

Condition 3 - Triis hcense covers only the nuclear content of the rr.oteric,l.

Cc'idition 4 - The material to be exported under Inis hcense shall t,e sh'pped in accordence wi th the physical protection requirements for special nuclear mo'erial in 10 CFR 73.

Condition 5 - Special nuclear meterial authorized for exput under th s 1 cense shall not be transported outside the United States in possenger coriying aircraf t m shipments exceeding (1) 20 groms or 20 curies whichever is less. of piv*cnium oe uronom 233, or (2) 350 gr2ms of v< onium 235 Condition 6- This hcen:e authorizes esport only and does not authonze the rece'pt. Condition 7 - The hcensee shll complete and submit on NRC Form 711 for each shipment of source material exported under this beense.

Condition 8 - The licensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designc-tion of the company who will pockage the nuclear material to be exported under this license, or any change in the location of the packaging operotier.. of least  !
