12 asked in this paper to act on a final rule amending 10 CFR 13- Part 50 relating to financial assurance requirements for {

14- decommissioning of nuclear powerplants. This rule is i

15 responsive to anticipated rate deregulation of the l

16 power-generating industry.  !
