Enclosed is a letter from Transnuclear, Inc., dated April 11, 1988 requesting an emendment to export license XSNM02169 to increase the cuantity of material authorized for export to the Barsebaeck No. 2 Nuclear Power Reactor in Sweden. Before we can act on this request, a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terras and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be apprecirted.
Note, also, that the additional material.is of Australian origin.
