The purpose of this modification is to extend the lease of one truck, van with cab, under this contract for one additional month for the amount ot $1,045.00. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
- 1. Article Il-Deliveries / Performance _, Section A-Period of Performance, is revised as follows:
"This contract provides for lease of Truck, Van with Cab, for a period of four years and one month from March 13, 1984 to April 13, 1988."
- 2. Article III-Total Amount of Contract, is revised as follows:
"The total amount of this contract for the delivery and acceptance of the products / services stipulated herein is
$47,713.00. The amount of funds presently available for performance under this contract are
$4 7,713. 00. "
All other terms and conditions under this contract remain the same.
