Dear Mr. Mcdonald:
This letter transmits a revision to Combustion Engineering's amendment request (Reference A) for Certificate of Compliance No. 9022 for Shipping Container Model Number CE-250-2.
Six (6) copies of the Enclosure are provided for your use.
This revision provides the results of additional criticality analysis and the computer output associated with the criticality analyals.
This information was requested during a phone conversation on August 1,1988 between C.
R. Marotta (NRC) and T. L. Cameron of my staff. The changes that have been made since our last transmital, Reference (B), are noted by vertical lines in the margin.
In order to meet our current powder shipment schedule, it is requested that a revised certificate of Compliance be issued by August 5,1988.
