ten year period.
This renewal application is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.33.
Included with this letter are seven copies of the renewal application and a check for $790 as required by 10 CFR 170.31 (Schedule 1B, 1K, 1J, 2G, and 3P).
The structure of tile Conditions and Safety Demonstration sections follows the guidelines given in Regulatory Guide 3.52.
Also, please note that the following documents are not included with the renewal submittal but are incorporated by reference to address the material accountability and physical security requirements of 10 CFR 70.22.
