Gentlemen:
i Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 71.12(c)(3),
Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC), as a holder of Operating License NPF-42 for Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS), is hereby registering as a user of the radioactive materials shipping casks identified in the attachment to this letter.
The vendor, model number, package identification number and NRC Docket Number are identified for those casks WCNOC requests to be registered for use at WCGS.
WCNOC shall maintain specific certificate of compliance, dra wings,
operating and maintenance procedures on file as controlled documents for each identified transport cask.
Identified transport casks will be used and operated under the approved WCGS 10 CFR 71 Quality Assurance program, USNRC No. 71-0598.
