As a follow-up to our June 16, 1988 letter to you, we have enclosed our review comments (Enclosure 1) to your responses that were provided in Attachment B of your Pay 16, 1988 letter. coordinates and summarizes the review comments of the llRC staff and our consultants from NBS and BNL. We have also enclosed the full text of our consultants' coments (Enclosures 2 and 3) for your information.
It may be advantageous in addressing the issues in the enclosed comments te arrange a meeting in our Rockville office to discuss your responses.
