Inspection Conducted February 29 through March 4, 1988 (Report 50-267/88-05)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced inspection of previously identified items
of concern; security pian and procedures; security organization; locks, keys,
and combinations; protected area
physical barriers; assessment aids; access
control
personnel; protected area - detection aids; and personnel training and
qualifications.
Results: Within the areas inspected, three violations were identified:
1.
Failure to maintain. adequate exterior lighting (paragraph 7).
2.
Failure to document suitability files (paragraph 11).
3.
Failure to maintain second pair of eyeglasses (paragraph 11).
One unresolved item is discussed in paragraph 3.
