RESPONSE TO NRC BULLETIN 88 INADEQUATE LATCH ENGAGEMENT IN HFA TYPE LATCHING RELAYS MANUFACTURED BY CENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY Nuclear Regulatory Commission letter dated March 10, 1988 transmitted NRC Bulletin 88-03, Inadequate Latch Engagement in HFA Type Latching Relays Manufactured by General Electric Company and required any addressee who does not have relays rubject to the bulletit to provide a letter to the NRC stating this fact within 120 days of receipt of the bulletin.
In response to this request, Consumers Power Company does..at have any of the relays subject to the bulletin at our Big Rock Point Plant.
