This modification is issued for the purpose of accepting Contractor's proposal datad April 8, 1988, which is hereby incorporated by reference, to extend the contract period Of performance by 2% moths, increase the contract ceiling amount by $56,906.96, from $90,494.62 to $ 14 7,401.58, and to modify the Key Personnel Clause to replace Deborah Dougherty with Lynn Byrne as the Project Manager. The obligated amount is hereby increased by

$56,560.00, f rom $90,494.62 to $ 14 7,054.62.

Under Section B.2 - Consideration and Obligation--Cost Plus Fixed Fee, peragraphs (a) and (c) are revised as follows:
