Whito dated April 28, 1988, "Docket Hos. 50-259, 50-260, 50-296, 50-327, and 50-328" The following are the results of radlochemical analyros performed by SQN personnel on the spiked samplo recolved from Idaho Falls as part of the NRC Confirmatory Measurement Program. The samplo arrived onsito on June 6, 1988; and all activities are decay corrected to May 12, 1988, as instructed.
