SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) UNIT 1 - FINAL rep 0RT FOR NRC INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT BULLETIN (IEB) 79-14 Enclosed is the final IEB 79-14 report for the SQN unit 1 and common a
safety-related piping. This report summarizes the implementation and results of the TVA program to reconcile the soit,mic analyses of piping and pipe supports with the as-built conditions for SQN unit 1.
The program consisted of a series of inspections and subsequent ovaluations culminating with the SQN unit i restart program. The report discussos three distinct scopos of piping and supports and the approaches used to address IEB 79-14: Unit. I rigorously analyzed piping and supports, common area rigorously analyzed piping and supports, and unit 1 and common alternately analyzed piping supports.
