This modification is issued to provide incremental funding in the amount of $25,000.00. As a

,i result of this action, the total amount obligated by the NRC under this contract is increased

'l by $25,000.00, from $4,599,000.00 to $4,624,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:

Section G.ll, Consideration, Paragraph B, is revised to read as follows:

"B.

The total funds currently available for issuance of individual task orders under this contract is increased by $25,000.00 from $4,599,000.00 to $4,624,000.00.

For further provisions on funding, see the Limitation of Funds Clause 52.323-2, referenced in Part II Contract Clauses,Section I."

All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling amount of $5,240.000.0 i shall remain the same.
