Dear Mr. Thornton:
N D U-My letter of March 4,1971, adnsed that our detailed Safeguards Procedures Manual would be revised and implemented by the end of May.
As a result of the recent visit by the inspection team, certain areas relating to limits of error are being modified. These changes are expected to be incorporated, and the Manual completed, by July 15,1971.
