This is in response to your letter dated July 19, 1988 stating that you have completed implementation of a Quality Assurance (QA) Program and requesting reinstatement of QA Program Approval No. 0102.
As you know, QA Program Approval No. 0102 was withdrawn by our letter dated June 8, 1988.
In order to reinstate your QA Program Approval, it will be necessary for you to resubmit your QA Program Plan for review and appreval.
This plan should address all the applicable criteria specified in Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71, supplemented by a matrix identifying each of the implementing procedures / instructions cross-referenced to the appropriate Subpart H criterion.
A copy of your implementing procedures / instructions should be provided as part of your submittal.
If you have any questions regarding this matter we would be pleased to meet with you.
