Docket No. 50-322-OL-3 (Emergency Planning)
The oral argument on all pending appeals in the emergency planning phase of the Shoreham operating license proceeding will be heard on Wednesday, February 12, 1986, rather than on January 29, 1986.
This change in the date of argument has been made at the request of Mr. Palomino.
It is the Appeal Board's understanding that, when contacted by Mr. Palomino, all parties indicated that the change was acceptable.*
A formal argument order will issue at a later date.
