Enclosed are five copies numbered 6 through 10 of Revision 3 to the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), " Fuel Storage Physical Security Plan," for the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant.
The purpose of this revision is to date and revise format changes, correct organizational titles, update of 10 CFR 73.67(f) effective date, and other minor changes. All chances are indicated by a bar to the right of the change. Also, there is a Revision 3 sununary of revisions sheet.
TVA hereby requests the Fuel Storage Physical Security Plan for Bellefonte Nuclear Plant be treated as proprietary information. The plan is marked
" PROPRIETARY" and should be withheld from public disclosure as provided in 10 CFR Section 2. 790.
