Enclosed please find six (6) copies of Revision 16 to the Byron Security Plan.
These revisions reflect recent changes in Commonwealth Edison's Corporate and The Station Management Structure.
They also include a number of errata revisions.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.54p, we have determined that these changes to the Security Plan do not decrease the Safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
