Dear Administrative Judges:
On April 15, NECNP mailed to the Appeal Board and parties copies of the Table of Contents and Table of Authorities for the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution's brief in support of its appeal of ASLBP No. 8 8-5 5 8-01-O LR.
The tables were inadvertently omitted from NECNP's brief.
Today we are sending another copy of that filing which corrects errors in the pagina-tion of the Tables.
Please disregard the April 15th filing.
