Dear Mr. Martin,
The referenced letter transmitted page changes to the UNC Naval Products Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan. During review of the page changes at your office, it was noted that pages 1-10, 1-11a and 1-14 were not clear due to copying omissions. These pages have been clarified and are submitted herein.
I consider this letter and the enclosed Plan pages to contain info' mation regarding our control and accounting procedures for safeguarding SSNM and, as specified in 10 CFR 2790(d) are not to be placed in the public document room.
