SUMMARY
Scope:
This routine, unannounced physical security inspection examined:
Security Organization; Records and Reports; Testing and Maintenance; Locks,
Keys and Combinations; Physical Barriers - Protected Area; Physical Barriers
- Vital Areas; Access Control - Personnel; Access Controls - Vehicles;
Detection Aids - Protected Area; Alarm Stations; and Physical Protection
Safeguards Information.
In addition, a review and evaluation of pertinent
security documentation was conducted in an attempt to substantiate several
allegations relating to improprieties in security force operations.
Results: There was one violation of regulatory requirement and one licensee
identified violation noted during the inspection.
Failure to secure safeguards information when unattended.
