DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 CLASS 1E AND HON-CLASS 1E CABLE SEPARATION SDAR: CP-88-12 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 11, 1988, we informed you by our report logged TXX-88071 of a deficiency involving a violation of electrical separation criteria which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our last report on this issue, logged TXX-88368, was submitted April 8, 1988.
This supplemental report is submitted to provide the status of corrective actions.
Cables E0140291 and EG140305 are presently being redesignated as non-Class 1E and rerouted in non-Class 1E raceways.
Supporting documen'.ation for this work will be available for review by your inspectors af ter September 15, 1988.
PCHVP walkdown activities associated with the reinspection of safety related electrical equipment (FVM-EE/ME/1C/CS-088) are presently scheduled for completion by November 15, 1988.
Any modifications required as a result of these walkdown activities will be completed commensurate with the system / area turnover schedule.
