Applicants object to this ir.terrogatory on the ground that it seeks confidential, proprietary information which is the subject of Applicants' motion for a protective order pending before this Board.

In addition, Applicants object to this interrogatory as calling for information that is neither relevant nor reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. Without waiving the foregoing objections, and in view of the protective agreement reached between Applicants and Mass AG, Applicants respond as follows:
