FOR SAFETY RELATED EQUIPMENT Page 1 of 1 REPORT MONTH JULY, 1988 DATE SYSTEM COMP 0NENT MAINTENANCE ACTION 07/01/88 Containment 1-CBS-V-2 Motor operated valve experiencing high Building Train A open run current. Replaced motor on Spray RWST To valve.

Spray Pump 9A Isolation 07/08/88 Control 1-CBA-FN-36A Fan outboard bearing worn. Replaced Building Train A inboard and outboard bearings on fan.

Air Control Room Air Conditioning Condenser Fan 07/12/88 Various Auxiliary Relay Magnetic block overheating problem with Magnetic Block ITE type J-10 relays. Replaced magnetic blocks on all safety related J-10 relays.

07/22/88 Chemical and 1-CS-P-2B Outboard mechanical seal failed.

Volume Control Train B Reworked inboard and outboard seals on Centrifugal pump.
