Transmitted herewith are five (5) copies of Section 19.0 of the above referenced Security Plan. Please note that the title to Section 19.0 has been changed from Nonproliferation Controls to Safeguards.
Section 19.0 incorporates the Department of Energy (DOE) requirements as contained in Report K/1PT180 "Report of the Special Team on a Conceptual Safeguards and Security Plan for the Pending A1ChemIE Operation of CPDF." Please refer to Appendix A of this report.
