Acceptance of Final Report for Closecut of Bulletin 85-02 We have reviewed the draft final report on this subject that you submitted with your letter dated July 20, 1988. The report is much improved from previous drafts. We accept this document for a final report.
You may release the originals to our project manager, Mr. K. Steven West, for publication.
Your comments on the lack of response from some licensees and the lack of a required negative declaration in the bulletin are useful. We have been con-scious of including such requirements in recent bulletins and generic letters.
