Modification No. 3 to Task Order No.11 Under NRC-02-96-004 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of
$10,000, hereby decreasing the ceiling and obligated amounts from $54,619 to
$44,619.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 11 shall be in effect from January 27, 1997 through S
r 26. 1997 with a cost ceiling of $44,619. The amount of represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of presents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of l
represents the fixed fee.
The amount of $44,619 is currently obligated."
