On June 6th and 7th,1988, . the NRC administered an examination to an employee
of your facility who had applied for a license to operate the National Bureau
of Standards Research Reactor.
The results of this examination are detailed
in Examination Report No. 50-184/88-01 (OL), which is enclosed.
At the conclusion of the' examination, questions and preliminary findings were
discussed with a member of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this
