Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.10 Under NRC-02-96-004 The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of
$14,000, hereby decreasing the ceiling and obligated amounts from $76.732 to 562.732. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No.10 shall be in effect from January 27. 1997 through Se tember 26, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $62.732. The amount of represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of M presents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of M represents the fixed fee.
The amount of 562.732 is currently obligated."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
