Modification do. 2 to Task Order No. 7 Under Contract No. NRC-02-96-004 In accordance with clause 52.249-6 " Termination (Cost-Reimbursement)" you are hereby notified that the subject task order is terminated for the convenience of the Government.
The tt:rmination which is effective as of June 9. 1997. is a result of the licensee act submitting their renewal application.
The contractor unconditionally waives any charges against the Government because of the terminatian of this task order, and releases the Government from all obligations under the task order due to the termination.
The Governmert agrees that all obligations under the task order are concluded. As a result, the task order is hereby modified to decrease the task order ce,iling_
and obligated amounts by $50.608.51 from $51.167 to 5558.49.
Accordingly, paragraph two and three of the definitization letter are deleted in their eni.irety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 7 shall be in effective from November 4,1996 throt h June 9. 1997 with a cost ceiling of 5558.49. The amount of represents the total estimated reimbursable costs the amount of 3
renresents the facilities capital cost of money. and the amount o M represents the fixed fee.
