! SEALED SOURCE TYPE: Radiography Source DESCRIPTION:

The Model VXR is a stainless steel, heliarc welded, singly encapsulated source designed specifically for the VXR-F radiography camera manufactured by North American X-Ray. The source is a cylinder 0.25" (6.35 mm) in diameter and 0.25" long.

The source is installed in the radiography camera by Cumberland Research Corporation and held in place by a special threaded plug.

Therefore, this certificate is being reissued without further review based on the original review and approval issued by AEC.
